ENG. ABDULAZIZ YAMANI

Eng. Abdulaziz Yamani is currently the CEO at Dallah Albaraka Holding Group Co. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President, Executive Vice President of Real Estate Investments, and Vice President of Business Development at Dallah Albaraka. His extensive experience includes roles such as Assistant CEO and General Director at Dallah Al Baraka, Assistant Managing Director and General Manager at Dallah Industrial Investment Company, and CEO of Arab Media AMC.

Since beginning his career in 1995, he has held various leadership positions across multiple sectors, including financial, media, industrial, agricultural, and real estate, and has participated in numerous board memberships both locally and internationally. He holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from King Abdulaziz University.

Mr. Jameel Abdullah Al-Molhem is currently the CEO of Sinad Holding Company, bringing a wealth of experience to the role. Previously, he served as Managing Director and CEO of Takween Advanced Industries. Since beginning his professional career in 1995, he has held numerous leadership positions across various companies and has actively participated as a board member and committee member for local organizations in diverse sectors, including telecommunications, insurance, logistics, and basic materials. He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing science from King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals.

Mr. Mohamed Halwani is a businessman currently serving as the Chairman of the Board at International Halwani Company. Previously, he founded Saudi Halwani Brothers Company, showcasing his entrepreneurial acumen in the food industry. He completed his high school education in 1965 and has since developed significant industrial expertise in food products. His experience and leadership have been instrumental in driving innovation and growth within the sector, establishing a strong reputation in the market.

Mr. Mohamed Galal, a distinguished professional with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Ain Shams University (1985), brings over three decades of experience in sales, marketing, strategic planning, banking, and accounting. He is currently the MD and CEO of the United Electronics Company (eXtra) and serves on the boards of multiple local and international companies.

Mr. Abdulelah Sabbahi is currently the CEO at Dar Saleh Company, bringing a wealth of experience to the role. Previously, he served as Senior Manager and Regional Manager for the Western Region at Saudi Investment Bank, General Manager of Investment and Financing Services at Al Tawfeek Company, and Vice President of Financial Affairs and Administration at Dallah Al Baraka Holding Group Company. With extensive financial and administrative expertise, he has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and strategic vision throughout his career. He holds a Bachelor of Management and Economics in Accounting from King Abdulaziz University.

It is worth mentioning that Eng. Sakhr Jamjoom holds a master’s degree in engineering management and a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering. Engineer Sakhr Jamjoom has over 30 years of accumulated experience, during which he worked in several executive positions in the field of production, operation, manufacturing, and administrative work in several sectors, including the food, manufacturing, and logistics sectors.

Eng. Mohammed H. Alklaiby is currently the CEO at Ebdae Watan Food Trading Co. Ltd., leveraging his extensive background in the food industry. Previously, he held several key positions, including Vice President at United Sugar Company, Senior Vice President at Savola, and Chief of Senior Executives at Savola. Additionally, he has served as a consultant to his Excellency the Minister of Economy and Planning and his Excellency the Minister of Hajj and Umrah. With a strong foundation in administrative and consulting experience, he has consistently contributed to strategic decision-making and operational excellence throughout his career. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from King Abdulaziz University and a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD Business School (France).

Eng. Anees Moumina currently serves as a board member in several companies, drawing on his extensive experience in various sectors. Previously, he held the position of CEO at both Savola Group and SEDCO Holding Group and served as General Manager and Head of Credit at Samba Financial Group and a Brand Manager Assistant at Procter & Gamble Co. With over 35 years of experience in the food and retail sectors, family businesses, and banking institutions, he has developed a strong track record of leadership and strategic insight. He holds a master’s degree in engineering management and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, both from George Washington University (USA).

Mrs. May AbuGhazalah currently holds multiple roles, serving as the Secretary of the Board for ALBAIK Group, General Manager of AbuGhazalah Charitable Foundation, and a Board Member at AlWoustah Food Services Company. Previously, she worked at ALBAIK Food System Company as Head of Brand Reputation Management, Assistant Brand Manager, and Marketing Coordinator. She has developed significant expertise in leadership, management, and marketing throughout her career. Her diverse experience has enabled her to contribute effectively to the positions she has held. She holds a master’s degree in business administration from San Francisco University (USA).
